Pineapple-Pomegranate Popsicles Recipe

My brain has been buzzing with popsicle recipes lately. Maybe its a last ditch effort to preserve summer, meanwhile its 40°F and raining outside.

These rose-hued pops are a perfect balance of tart and sweet and have that great icy crack when you bite into them.

Pineapple-Pomegranate Popsicles Recipe

Yield: 9-12 Pops (depending on mold)

An easy three-ingredient popsicle recipe made from a mixture of pomegranate and pineapple juices. Dairy and gluten free!


  • 16 ounces pomegranate juice
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice concentrate
  • 6 ounces pineapple juice


  1. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and stir until concentrate is dissolved. Pour into molds and freeze.
