Welcome to another Sunday. Hope you’re feeling well-rested, relaxed, and ready to start a new week.
I was pretty wiped after returning from chaperoning Louisa’s school camping trip. It was nice to be with Louisa in her environment, seeing a different side of my little girl who is rapidly becoming a young woman. As she needs me less and less I love sneaking into her world. An innocent bystander, watching from the sidelines.
Camping was also very cold and dirty and not very comfortable. Yesterday I retreated to more than one warm shower and lots of time in my soft, cozy bed. I’m feeling ready. I can start a new week now.
This week’s 10 recipes offer a little something for everyone, I hope. I’m most excited to try a little baking project from my girl Becky over at Baking the Goods. I love soft, chewy focaccia and the leek-lemon-thyme combo sounds like the right formula to go with any number of things from Creamy Root Vegetable Soup to Stuffed Pork Chops.
