Hi Friends!
What a week, am I right?!
Thank you for your patience this week as I continue to become a self-taught software engineer and deal with all my website woes. While doing some spring cleaning on the site, I inadvertently changed every link for every page on my site. I’ve been working to correct all the broken links, so please bare with me, we should be back on track very soon. In the meantime, if you are looking for something and getting that blasted 404 page, head up to the nifty blue search box and type in what you are looking for. You should be able to find it that way. Again, thank you, thank you, a million times over for sticking with me.
Let’s talk about something way more pleasant, like what we’re going to cook this week! I’m starting off with a cocktail, because I think it’s just smart to be armed with a delicious cocktail recipe when you need one. I’ve also included a beautiful recipe for sweet rolls which we can practice making for Easter and lots of healthy options too with fresh spring ingredients like, Mango Shrimp, Spring Roasted Potatoes, and Thai Grapefruit Salad.
I hope you have a relaxing Sunday and a that things are warming up where you are.
Happy Cooking!

I want to give a try to the Aperol cocktail and to the falafel!
