Happy Sunday! Are you ready for a brand new week?
This week’s 10 Recipes To Try has lots of good dinner ideas that I’m excited to make.
There’s several fish/shrimp options this week. Are your family fish lovers like mine? How do you feel about tofu? We’re avid tofu fans too. I usually toss cubes of tofu in cornstarch that has been seasoned with salt and pepper and then lightly fry it, but I’m excited to give this sesame-crusted version a try.
This will be the first week everyone is back at school so I kind of feel like life is returning to normal after the holidays and I’m happy to have a dinner plan ready to go. Did you try any of the recipes from last week, if so, let me know how it went in the comments below. Do you have any suggestions to add to next week’s list?
Did you notice a chocolate cake is tops on the list? I’m super excited to try it, it looks so indulgent and fudgey, plus bonus…vegan!
The crispy Brussels sprouts recipe is actually one I’ve made before and absolutely loved. It’s a tad bit involved with having to fry the Brussels sprouts first but so worth it. And the Caesar dressing is good on its own too. Make a double recipe so you can have some for salads later in the week.
Have a good week and don’t forget to follow along on my Instagram stories to see all this week’s cooking adventures! Oh, and if you want to make the baked rigatoni pictured above you should totally do that too!

Absolutely! Those Brussels sprouts are so incredible. That dressing alone is to die for.
