Maple-Black Pepper Vinaigrette



  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Cover tightly and shake until thoroughly combined. Taste and add more salt or pepper as needed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
