Spiked Mango Margarita Salsa Recipe

A green bowl with mango margarita salsa in it sitting on a white table with chips and a beer on the side.

This recipe for Margarita Salsa is simple and easy and can be made in under 10 minutes. It’s sweet and tart with a splash of tequila.

1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced small

2 small, ripe tomatoes, diced small (about 1 cup diced)

3 scallions, minced

1 serrano or jalapeno chile, thinly sliced

1/4 cup minced Italian parsley

2 limes, juiced

2 tablespoons blanco tequila

1 teaspoon kosher salt

Mix together: Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir well and taste on a chip to see if it needs more salt or lime juice.

Make ahead: This salsa is best eaten the day you make it but if you have any leftover it will keep covered in the refrigerator for a day or so. Give it a good stir before you dig in!
