Oven-Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe

A simple and delicious way to cook brussels sprouts. Roasted in the oven until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Dairy and gluten free!




  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Toss brussels sprouts in the oil on a baking sheet and generously sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lay cut side down in a single layer.
  2. Roast until tender and browned-crispy edges have formed, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese if desired; serve.
