Pink Chia Lemonade Recipe

Chia seeds are sold virtually everywhere nowadays but if you are having trouble finding them you can buy them online from (where else) Amazon.

The lemonade is best served right away to get that perfect crunch-to-chew ratio out of the chia seeds, but if you don’t mind them a bit more gelatinous you can make it up to a day in advance.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice (about 45 lemons)
  • 1 cup rhubarb syrup
  • 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine water and chia seeds in a large pitcher and let soak for 1 hour.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Serve over ice.
