To Make the Honey-Matcha Syrup

1 cup honey

2 teaspoons matcha powder

1 cup hot water

For the Island Squeeze: 

3 parts Roku Gin

1 part Triple Sec

1 part lemon juice

1 part Honey-Matcha Syrup

Mint and Orange Wheel, for garnish


For the Syrup: 

Combine all syrup ingredients and whisk until fully incorporated. Chill. 

For the Island Squeeze: 

Combine all the ingredients for the cocktail in a shaker over ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and orange wheel. 


Syrup will keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
