Tomato-Basil Salad Recipe


  • Excellent tomatoes
  • The best extra virgin olive oil
  • Fantastic salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh Basil


  1. Cut thick slices of tomato (if you have cherry tomatoes just cut in half). Arrange on a plate, drizzle with the best extra-virgin olive oil you own and sprinkle with fantastic salt and freshly ground black pepper. Top with chopped basil leaves.
