Easy Almond-White Chocolate Horchata Recipe

Adapted from Martha Stewart Living This almond and white chocolate horchata is like a healthier, easier milkshake. Ice cold and just as refreshing but can be made in less than 5 minutes.

Servings: 1 drink

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon plus more for dusting
  • pinch kosher salt
  • ice for serving

Method
 

  1. Combine chocolate chips and agave nectar in a small bowl and melt chocolate in the microwave or place the bowl over a small pot of simmering water and stir until melted.
  2. Pour almond milk, cinnamon, and salt in a blender then add melted chocolate mixture. Blend on high until frothy and combined. Pour over ice and serve.
