  1. Shake the cocktail: Combine añejo tequila, Stirrings Pomegranate Martini Mix, and cognac in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass.
  2. To garnish: Wrap a piece of orange peel around a cinnamon stick and place inside the glass.
