For the Cocktail
  • 2 ounces Cazadores Tequila Blanco

  • 1 ounce Spiced Fig Syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Fresh fig for garnish optional

Method

For the Syrup:

  2. Uncover and cook another 10 minutes or so until syrup has thickened. Let cool and strain.
For the Cocktail:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake vigorously for at least 10-20 seconds. Strain into a coupe, garnish with a fresh fig half if you'd like and enjoy!
