tamales from scratch
For the fourth year running, we’re bringing back our most popular workshop of the year: tamales. It’s always a good time for tamales but the fall and winter holidays are when we love them most! This year we’ll be sharing all the steps for you to make a tamal from scratch from how to soak the corn husks to steaming and everything in between including a sweet elote (corn) tamal that we love for dessert.
