Ahh fall…..
The kids are back in school, sweater weather is returning, Pumpkin Spice Lattes are once again on the Starbucks menu. Life is good.
But wait. Don’t you think we’ve all had one PSL too many? The PSL was so 5 years ago. Don’t be basic! I’m partnering with my pals at Torani and several food blogger friends to come up with new ways to get our caffeine fix this fall. Instead of doubling down on the PSLs let’s start a new trend with this Cinnamon-Vanilla Mexican Coffee. It’s super easy to make at home and just as delicious.
In the time it takes you to order a coffee drink, you can be sipping on a toasty, cinnamon-infused Mexican coffee without ever leaving the house! All you need to do is brew your favorite dark coffee and add half a shot of Torani Vanilla Bean Syrup and half a shot of Torani Cinnamon Syrup. Pour in a little cream or half-and-half, or whatever milk you prefer and give a stir (with a stick of canela if you fancy).
Give it a taste and if you’d like more cinnamon or vanilla flavor, go ahead and add more. If you’d rather not add the cream it is delicious like that too, or non-dairy based milks are equally indulgent and yummy. Really there are no excuses, this is ridiculously easy and fulfills all those cozy coffee feels.
