St. Patty’s Day is tomorrow!!

We don’t really celebrate this holiday but if you do…..Happy St. Patrick’s Day!! It’s fun! It’s like Cinco de Mayo for Irish people.

One St. Patrick’s Day my sister and I got schnockered on Irish Car Bombs and then went antiquing with my parents—I was literally like a bull in a china shop. If you want to have a nice little drink to celebrate the green holiday but don’t want to make a complete ass out of yourself, then I have something wonderful for you. This fun, nonalcoholic drink is made perfectly green by blending fresh mint with fizzy, sweet ginger ale. It is deliciously refreshing and perfect for a warm, almost spring day.

Speaking of spring, let’s talk about our gardens, shall we? Do tell, what you are going to plant? What didn’t make the cut this year? Are you trying something new? Here’s what going on in my garden:

Hahaha! We’re a couple of idiots.
I got the lime basil from Seed Savers. I planted my seeds last weekend and I can’t wait to dig around in the dirt either. Here’s to beautiful plants and Irish Car Bombs!
