I want to help you.
I know you have a bazillion things on your plate so let me take one of them off right now. Let’s plan dinner…..for the whole month. Wouldn’t it be nice to know what you are going to make tonight and the next night and the next night for the next 28 nights?
There are more than enough ideas here to take you through February, most of them healthy, most of them kid-friendly, and all of them delicious! I tend to only make 3-4 meals a week and eat leftovers the rest of the time, but if you have a bigger family or are leftover-adverse I’ve given you a different dinner for every night. Most of these are meals in and of themselves but a few will need a salad or some steamed rice to make a complete dinner. So break out your shopping list and let’s get started!
