I know many of you are all about the kale salads and smoothies right now but my little boy turns three on Thursday and all I can think about is birthday cake. I’m pretty savvy in the kitchen but when it comes to cake decorating I’m a total klutz so I’ve gathered 10 fantastic birthday cakes from some of my favorite food bloggers that even I could pull off. They are big on flavor and only one requires the use of a pastry bag (which you could completely skip if you are as pastry bag adverse as I am). Happy Birthday to all you January babies out there!
