Today is my birthday.
As we’ve done since Louisa was old enough to sit still for more than 15 minutes, we are going to go get our nails done, have a lady’s lunch, and do some shopping; aka Girl’s Day. It’s a tradition I sometimes feel guilty about leaving my son out of but mostly love because it is the one day out of the year where we can just hang as girls. It is the one day I can focus on Louisa and take a breath in her evolution as she literally matures right before my very eyes.
This week’s 10 recipes comprise my dream birthday menu. It is made up of recipes I absolutely adore from breakfast to dinner and hopefully ones you will want to make too. It is a menu comprised of my favorite foods; fluffy cinnamon rolls, cocktails, brownies, and homemade ice cream to name a few.
Have a wonderful week amigos! I hope spring is finding its way to your neck of the woods.
