How was your 4th of July weekend? Maybe you’re still on it? We are. But even as I sit here on the dock soaking up the sun I’m dutifully going to fill up your inbox with loads of fresh, new ideas for easy dinners you can make this month from this here blog as well as some of my favorite food folks around the web.
It is summer so clearly we are going to do a lot of grilling, as well as tomato eating, and quite possibly some corn. We’ve got a few burgers, a couple substantial salads and even some easy pasta dishes—because no one gets sick of pasta…like ever. Rest assured they all take under 30 minutes to prepare and pass my “would my kids eat that?” test. So dig in! Happy July!
