Hope you are all relaxing, enjoying a lazy day.
We’ve got lots of great dinner options this week for whatever life throws at you. Speaking of, what are you up to this week? Are you gearing up for summer? We are hashing out our summer plans but can’t seem to decide on anything. At this point we’ll probably spend the summer fixing up the house, grilling out, and hitting the beach. Sounds pretty good to me actually.
As for kitchen news, I’m excited to jump headfirst into all the spring produce popping up at the Farmer’s Market. Last week I found lots of baby lettuce, watermelon radishes, artichokes, and strawberries. I plan on putting it all to use in this week’s menu: Spring Cobb Salad, Roasted Artichokes, and Brownie Sundaes here I come.
