Ingredients
- Excellent tomatoes
- The best extra virgin olive oil
- Fantastic salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh Basil
Instructions
- Cut thick slices of tomato (if you have cherry tomatoes just cut in half). Arrange on a plate, drizzle with the best extra-virgin olive oil you own and sprinkle with fantastic salt and freshly ground black pepper. Top with chopped basil leaves.
